Desert Theme

I was thinking about using a desert as a starting point for my game. The reason I have chosen to use this idea is because I like the contrast between the dull earthy desert and the bright and colourful world in the Mystery House (shack).

These are a few images on google I found which helps me give me a better direction for my desert. These images are of the great Sahara Desert.
